The first step is to have an Initial Assessment, to allow Jo to understand more about you. This includes looking at your clinical history and current level of fitness, a full body composition analysis and setting goals to work towards together.
Each 1-2-1 training session is tailored specifically to your needs and monitored closely to enhance outcomes. Jo uses a combination of cardiovascular training, resistance training, activity tracking and nutrition advice to help you achieve your goals.
A review of your progress and goals, repeating all measurements taken in your Initial Assessment. This allows Jo to adjust her exercise prescription in line with your current health and fitness and set new goals.
Jo's advice and support extends beyond exercise sessions.

Exercise programmes can be delivered face-to-face, in clinic or in your home, or remotely over video call.
